Writing History: Arva Moore Parks and Howard Kleinberg

For this special cocktail event, emeritus chair Howard Kleinberg, newspaper editor, historian, and author, will interview emeritus chair Arva Moore Parks about the craft of history, the methods and pleasures of research, and the thought processes involved in writing. He will add his insights as well. Arva’s biography of George Merrick will be published by the University of Florida Press in October. She will tell us about the book during the Spring Season. Bud Park and Marijean Miyar will also preview the 2015-2016 season of The Prologue Society and unveil the new website.
